![]() Correspondence between these methods as it pertains to the outcomes of genome wide association studies (GWAS) has not been well defined. This includes directly modeling G圎 interactions as part of an overall model for yield, as well as methods which generate overall yield “stability” values from multi-environment trial data. Quantifying a genotype’s range of performance across testing locations has been developed over decades with dozens of methodologies available. Identifying genetic loci associated with yield stability has helped plant breeders and geneticists begin to understand the role and influence of genotype by environment (G圎) interactions in soybean productivity, as well as other crops. 2Department of Statistics, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE, United States. ![]() 1Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE, United States.Graef 1 Haichuan Wang 1† Reka Howard 2 Luis Posadas 1 David L.
